Job Description

•SPOC for all work / issues related to Finance for respective OG including but not limited to CFM work. Required to prepare and analyze Operating Income statement i.e. from Sales to Controllable Income. Comparison of Actual result with Forecast & Plan and analyze Reasons of variance. •analyze and track Working capital i.e. unbilled services and Receivables, Overall Margin (along with breakup of Service group wise Margin). Margin %, Overhead and BD cost charged. •Pricing of India Domestic deals which are below CTS threshold. •This includes Pricing of new deals as well as extension of existing deals. •Person needs to coordinate with Deal team, Solution Architect and OG to know type of opportunity. Put all input in Pricing template or Tool, add other cost as required by DCN for Tech guideline and BPO guidelines to arrive at price Prepare Financial Forecast for business as per IFS guideline and due dates. •This includes activities like input collection, processing, reasonableness, validation, interpretation, report creation and Other requirements. •Input the same in IFS tool. Also need to justify difference between current Forecast and previous Forecast or Plan. •Prepare Financial Plan for each year from Sales to Controllable Income level. •Also need to prepare Long range plan and short term financial plan for business on requirement basis. •analyze Overhead cost and also advice management measure to control and minimise such cost. •Follow up on invalid cost. Track spending on Business Development and MD&I cost to Ensure it is within allocated budget Interact with CSG leads and respective project leads on regular basis to understand work and deliver as per requirement. •Tracking chargeability on monthly basis by person by business by month. analyze project wise financials on monthly basis i.e. Revenue, Margin, Margin %, ODE, Backlog and Working Capital. •Need to understand role of CFM to analyze project profitability and its comparison with ODE (Plan) and Forecast Prepare and track Opportunities in pipeline (OM tool) and build forecast and year end likely scenerio for New Bookings Maintain significant contact with personnel from all departments i.e. OG Finance, India OU Finance, Technology (IDC) and BPO finance, controllership, Tax, accounts payable, account receivables, legal, HR of respective CSG and Delivery team. •Supervise CFM analysts for CFM Help desk related activities like Sales booking, Invoice raising, Report Generation and adhoc requests. •Should have good business acumen Understanding of various CFM tools. Participate in CFM recruiting activities Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excel and Power Point) Ability to commute to and between different Office; ability to travel and work for extended periods of time, as may be required. Ensure compliance to Accenture financial policies and procedures . •7 to 8 years experience in finance/accounting position by CA / ICWA, MBA with specialization in finance or accounts
